Why we built Voyager

We spent years running MSP operations — managing tickets in HaloPSA, reconciling invoices in Xero, tracking procurement across Dicker Data and Ingram Micro, and monitoring endpoints with NinjaRMM. Every month, pulling together a clear revenue picture meant hours of spreadsheet work across disconnected systems.

We built Voyager because we needed it ourselves. A single platform that connects PSA contracts to financial data, distributor costs to client profitability, and device health to service margins — without the manual glue work.
