Data From Integrations
Voyager is designed to connect with third-party tools like HaloPSA, Xero, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other business software. When you authorize a connection, we access only the data you explicitly permit — nothing more. You control exactly which integrations are active and can revoke access at any time.
The data we pull from your integrations is used solely to power Voyager's features — to synchronize pipeline information across your revenue stack, provide unified reporting, and enable AI-driven forecasting and insights. We do not share, sell, or use this integration data for any purpose other than delivering the Voyager platform to you. Your integration data remains your property, and you can request its deletion at any time.
Data Storage and Security

Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Period. We will never monetize your information by selling it to third parties or brokers.
We do share data with sub-processors — third-party services that help us run and improve Voyager. These include cloud hosting providers that store and serve your data, analytics platforms that help us understand platform usage and performance, and email services that deliver notifications and support communications. All sub-processors are contractually bound to use your data only for the specific purpose of providing their service to us, and they must maintain the same security and confidentiality standards we do. Your Rights
You have the right to access all your data that Voyager holds. We can provide a downloadable export of your account information, pipeline data, and configuration settings at any time. You can also request corrections to any inaccurate information in your account.
You have the right to data deletion. If you request that we delete your account and associated data, we will remove all your information from our active systems within 30 days. You can also opt out of marketing communications while keeping your account active. If you request data portability, we'll export your data in a standard format so you can move it to another platform. These rights apply regardless of your location, and we handle all such requests promptly and professionally.
