Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Voyager Revenue OS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of Service
Voyager Revenue OS is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) revenue operations platform designed to connect, integrate, and unify data across PSA (Professional Services Automation), CRM, accounting, and distributor tools. The Service provides pipeline visibility, forecasting, AI-driven insights, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities to help revenue teams manage operations more effectively.
The Service may include integrations with third-party applications and data sources. These integrations are provided to enhance functionality and improve data visibility across your revenue stack. The quality and availability of third-party integrations depend on those providers' systems and are subject to their terms of service.
Account Registration
To use Voyager, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
Each account is intended for use by a single individual unless you have been granted explicit permission for team or organizational use. Accounts may not be shared or transferred to other individuals or entities without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this provision.
Subscription and Billing
Voyager operates on a subscription basis with plans billed either monthly or annually. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all subscription fees, additional users, overages, and other charges incurred.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. For annual subscriptions, if you cancel before the subscription period ends, we provide pro-rata refunds based on unused service days.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the renewal of your subscription. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its underlying code; (b) use the Service to develop a competing product or service; (c) exceed reasonable rate limits or attempt to bypass security measures; (d) engage in unauthorized access to our systems or data; or (e) use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
You are responsible for monitoring your usage and ensuring it complies with your subscription plan limits. Excessive usage that impacts system performance may result in service limitations or suspension until usage returns to normal levels.
Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to your data. All data you input, import, or generate within the Service (your "Data") remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your Data. You grant Voyager a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may export or delete your Data at any time through the Service interface or by requesting our support team. Upon termination of your account, you have 30 days to export your Data before it is deleted from our systems. After 30 days, we reserve the right to permanently delete all Data associated with your account.
Integrations
The Service includes integrations with third-party tools and platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, PSA systems, accounting software, and distributor portals). These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Voyager is not responsible for the functionality, availability, security, or performance of third-party services.
We are not liable for any service outages, data loss, or failures resulting from third-party service disruptions. You agree to review and comply with the terms of service for any third-party tools you integrate with Voyager. Your use of third-party integrations is at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
Voyager owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the software, platform architecture, algorithms, dashboards, reports, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding the Service. However, you grant Voyager a royalty-free, perpetual license to use any feedback you submit to improve and enhance the Service. We may use your feedback to develop new features, fix issues, or optimize platform performance without any obligation to compensate you.
Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VOYAGER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYAGER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO VOYAGER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VOYAGER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Termination
Either you or Voyager may terminate your subscription and account at any time. If you wish to terminate, you may do so by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team. If Voyager terminates your account for violation of these terms, termination will take effect immediately.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. You will have 30 days from the date of termination to export your Data. After 30 days, all Data will be permanently deleted from our servers. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations for fees already incurred.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Australia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
